Mustafa Goktepe and his father, Joseph, pronounced Yusef, have a taxi and transfer business. They provide a 24 hour transfer service to the airport and you can coordinate your departure times with them. 
We use them whenever possible around Kalkan as well.  There are other companies providing the same services if you wish to check them out. 

Their prices to and from Dalaman Airport to Kalkan a transfer of approximately 1hour 40mins [plus an optional stop]prices are in New Turkish Lira, 2009 exchange rate - 2.3 Lira to the pound]
